Our big spruce tree in the front yard was dying and when our neighbor had her big maple tree removed I had them take our spruce tree down as well.
That little front end loader really did a great job of directing where the tree would fall.

Blocked traffic for about 5 minutes.
They sawed off about 10 feet of the end and loaded that onto a truck. The rest of the tree was fed into the chipper. It ground up the whole tree in under 20 minutes.
All gone except for some cleanup.
Then the stump grinder moved in and ground up the stump.
Now comes my workout. Take away all the chips, haul in some black dirt, and seed to grass. Might think of planting another tree there.
