Pierogy making

 The dough
 The filling - potatoe and cheese
 Dough rolled out thin
 Dough cut into circles
 One little ...
 Two little ...
 three little pierogies
 Lots more to come
 When there are 7 filled, into the pot of boiling water they go, until they float to the top.
 Out to cool


72 pierogies made and cooling


Pierogies fried along with onions and ready to eat. Yummy!!!
